Prominent nasal fat pads created a noticeable fullness at the inner corners of the upper eyelids, the most defining feature of this patient’s aging changes. Through refined upper eyelid blepharoplasty with careful removal of the prolapsed nasal fat pads, the inner contour was elegantly smoothed and balanced.
To further enhance the result, full-face CO₂ LASER resurfacing was performed to rejuvenate the skin’s texture and firmness, soften hyperpigmentation.
