Upper eyelid aging may involve volume loss from bone resorption and fat redistribution, creating hollowing and an A-frame contour that can accentuate asymmetry which is sometimes more pronounced on one side. Through a thoughtfully tailored bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty, symmetry and balance were restored. Techniques such as fat repositioning or selective volume enhancement may be incorporated to refine the result. Shown here is one month post-procedure, with a marked improvement in harmony and contour.
