Over time, excess upper eyelid skin gently settled over the lash line, concealing the patient’s permanent black eyeliner and softening the definition of her eyes. A detail she once enjoyed seeing each day became hidden beneath the natural changes of aging. With thoughtfully performed upper eyelid blepharoplasty, the patient's eyes were refreshed in a subtle, natural way. In addition to creating a more open and rested appearance, the procedure allowed their signature eyeliner to become beautifully visible again while restoring a small but meaningful part of the patient's personal expression.
This gallery includes photographs taken before surgery, immediately after the procedure (with sutures in place), and at two months post-operative. The accompanying video shares the patient's transformation from before surgery to their softly rejuvenated result.
